PRENATAL, BIRTH & POSTPARTUM *

Services include prenatal visits, birth planning and preparation, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support.

PRENATAL & BIRTH SERVICES

  • Package Price: $1800

    This package offers comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, labour, and the early postpartum period. It includes:

    • 2 Prenatal Visits (option for an extra visit if you feel like you need it*) which includes:

    Birth Planning & Advocacy, Comfort Measures, Breathing Techniques, Positions & Movement for Birth, and Mindset Preparation & Fear Release + Recording of a Guided Breathwork practice

    • Continuous Labour Support

    • Immediate post-birth assistance (up to 2hrs)

    • 1 Postpartum Follow-Up Visit —within 7-10 days post-birth (in-home or virtual)

    The aim of this package is to provide personalized support for 1st time families and ensure a positive birth experience.

  • Package Price: $1600

    If you’ve already experienced birth, have had doula support in the past, or are interested in having a doula-supported birth this time around…this package is for you!

    Includes:

    • 2 Prenatal Visit —”meet and greet”, birth planning, breathing, advocacy 101, movement and mindset refresher

    • Continuous Labour at birthing location Support and immediate post-birth assistance (up to 1 hr)

    • 1 Virtual Postpartum Follow-Up (7 to 10 days post birth)

    *This package is only available for families who have already experienced at least ONE previous birth.

POSTPARTUM SERVICES

  • Package Price: $1030

    NOTE: This service is currently offered exclusively to birth clients.

    This package provides experienced and/or new parents with practical and emotional assistance during the first 10 days after childbirth. These DAYTIME support hours focus on infant care, light housework, snack prep, and emotional support for mom or both parent(s)

    • Daily visits for 10 days

    • 3 daytime hours of support for the first 10 days following birth

    These visits are designed to support families as they adjust to the relational and emotional shifts that often come with bringing home a new baby.
