• 3 Prenatal Visits which include:

Birth Planning, Comprehensive Education, Comfort Measures, Breathing Techniques, Positions & Movement for Birth, and Mindset Preparation

• Continuous Labour Support

• Immediate post-birth assistance (up to 2hrs)

• 1 Postpartum Follow-Up Visit —within 7-10 days post-birth (in-home or virtual)

The aim of this package is to provide personalized support for 1st time families and ensure a positive birth experience.

**Additional Daytime Postpartum hours may be added at a reduced rate when booked with this package.

If you’ve already experienced birth, have had doula support in the past, or are interested in having a doula-supported birth this time around…this package is for you!

Includes:

• 1-2 Prenatal Visit —”meet and greet”, birth planning, breathing, movement and mindset refresher

• Continuous Labour at birthing location Support and immediate post-birth assistance (up to 2 hrs)

• 1 Virtual Postpartum Follow-Up (7 to 10 days post birth)

*This package is only available for families who have already experienced at least ONE previous birth.

In Home Prenatal Visits (90-120 minutes each) *Birth attendance not included

Prenatal visit #1:

• Getting acquainted

• Understanding their vision, fears and desires

• Getting to know them as a couple

• Planning our future visits and priorities

• Birth preparation in pregnancy

• Birth physiology and hormones

• Creating and protecting the birth environment

• Holding space and emotional support

• Positions, posture, and movement

• The partner's role - advocacy support, protector of the environment and her state, coach and informed consent

Prenatal visit #2:

• Stages of labour, when to go to the hospital

• Early labour support at home

• Options and interventions - benefits, risks, alternatives

• Positions and movement for labour progress

• Comfort measures practice

• How to handle stalls in labour, exhaustion, "hitting the wall" etc.

Prenatal visit #3:

• Fear release

• Immediate postpartum - breastfeeding, nourishment and early priorities

• Early postpartum - first days, what is normal, common concerns

• Postpartum emotions and concerns

Package Price: $1030

This package provides experienced and/or new parents with practical and emotional assistance during the first 10 days after childbirth. These DAYTIME support hours focus on infant care, light housework, snack prep, and emotional support for mom or both parent(s)

• Daily visits for 10 days

• 3 daytime hours of support for the first 10 days following birth

These visits are designed to support families as they adjust to the relational and emotional shifts that often come with bringing home a new baby.

Hourly Rate: $35/hr

Minimum booking of 3 hrs. per shift

This package provides new and experienced parents with practical and emotional assistance during the early weeks after childbirth, focusing on baby care, light housework, meal preparation, and emotional support for the new parents

Hourly Rate: $40/hr

Overnight Shifts are 8 hrs in length (10pm - 6am )—3 Shift Booking Minimum

This overnight postpartum support package provides families with baby care and feeding assistance during the night, allowing parents to get much-needed rest and recovery. 

**Additional tasks such as bottle-cleaning/sterilizing, baby laundry and very light household tasks are included
